French practitioners of Irish and Celtic music, Doolin, have made a stark return with their newest album ‘CIRCUS BOY’. Having been recorded whilst on tour in the US and completed at Paris’ iconic Studio Ferber, the album boasts adventurous characteristics, complemented by quintessential trad-Irish features such as whistles, the bodhran and the accordion.
Doolin’s Irish tradition is further exemplified through the presence of some of Europe’s most renowned fiddlers, Niamh Gallagher, Niall Murphy and Guilhem Cavaillé.
