Adele has left fans full of intrigue since noticing an ever so sparkly ring on her finger at The Brit Awards last week. With the evening being the first red carpet event, that Adele has walked since the debut of her latest and now award winning ‘Album Of The Year’, supporters were evidently excited when seeing a perfectly placed diamond ring on the singer’s hand. The Easy On Me singer up until how has seemed to have stayed single, especially due to the album 30’s strong and powerful lyrical message of solitude, loneliness and self-love.
With Adele’s additional appearance on The Graham Norton show where Graham alluded to the ring being linked to a potential engagement, Adele eloquently dodged the question which did not come as a surprise due to her aloof and private sense of celebrity status.
As an artist who appears to artistically dip in and out of the spotlight through the years, it came as a shock to viewers that she so proudly wore such a statement piece. But the questions still seems to remain, is this just a fashionable aesthetic choice, or something more serious? I guess we’ll know if the next album centres around white doves and wedding bells!
